Each server uses a 2 x 100 Mbps connection. Our main dedicated webcast servers are located in San Diego and Montreal. GC is constantly adding servers and upgrading hardware. We invest thousands of dollars each month in building a solid CDN (Content Delivery Network). Reliability and quality are guaranteed 100 per cent.

Free Windows Media Player Version 9 or greater
Computer with a sound card and speakers or headset
Internet connection (high speed recommended) that permits streaming media
Web browser (Internet Explorer latest version recommended)
1. Download and install the FREE RealPlayer software.
2. Move your cursor over the video (live or recorded webcast) and click "Download this Video". RealPlayer will automatically record the video, saving it to the RealPlayer library. Follow other instructions as indicated on the RealPlayer software for recording features.
3. Video downloads use significant hard drive space (average of 150 Megabytes per hour). Ensure you have sufficient disk space before downloading. Once the webcast is downloaded to your hard drive it can be burned to DVD if desired.
