2. On-site Hotel/Conference Centre Management in Ottawa		$1,200 per day ($900 subsequent days)
3. On-site Hotel/Conference Centre Management in Toronto		$1,500 per day ($1,100 subsequent days)
4. On-site Hotel/Conference Centre Management elsewhere in Canada		$1,500 per day plus travel expenses ($1,100 subsequent days)
