The following are three typical live webcast configurations outlined and demonstrated for comparison purposes. Other configurations, such as those involving multiple cameras, are also available.
OPTION 1, SINGLE VIDEO: This basic, lowest priced service is perfect for webcasting press conferences, speeches, award presentations, panel discussions and other events that do not include Powerpoint slides.
OPTION 2, VIDEO + SYNCHRONIZED SLIDES IN TWO WINDOWS: Included in this option are PowerPoint slides displayed beside the video so that web viewers can see exactly what people attending physically are seeing. The slides move in synchronization with the video. This option is ideal for any event that includes PowerPoint slides. NOTE: In order for us to prepare for this interface, slides must be given to us in advance.
OPTION 3, VIDEO + SYNCHRONIZED SLIDES IN ONE WINDOW: Places the video and slides together in the same display box in cases where obtaining the slides in advance are not possible.
