This option will make web viewers feel as though they are actually in the conference room. They'll be able to watch video of the presenters and all of the PowerPoint slides at the same time. The slides move by themselves, synchronized with the video.
Below is a screen shot of option two. This option uses one or more cameras to capture video of the event in a window. Powerpoint slides that are moved at exactly the same time they are changed by the presenter are shown in a separate window. In this sample, a web audience question box is added along with links to real-time online support and an exit survey.
