Use this page to make sure you can access webcasts from Galbraith Communications and the Webcast Canada network.

Webcast Checklist
For optimal performance, use a high speed web connection with Internet Explorer as your browser. New versions of other browsers should work but if you encounter problems, use Internet Explorer.
You must have Windows Media Player Version Nine or greater installed on your computer. Older versions (before Version 9) will not work for live webcasts. To check the version, open Windows Media Player on your computer and from the menu, choose "About Windows Media Player." If you are using a MAC, be sure you have Flip4mac software.
If you have no sound, be sure your sound card volume is on and turned up and that you have speakers or headsets connected and on.
IMPORTANT: If you are in a high security government, university or corporate building, your computer network firewall may be set to block all streaming media. Even if this test page is successful, there's a chance the firewall may still block the actual live webcast you want to attend.
If you're in a corporate environment, it's a good idea to check with your IT department and ask if the computer network firewall is set to block streaming media. If this is the case, you have two options: Arrange to watch the webcast from a computer off the network, such as your home computer. Or, ask your IT department to adjust the firewall to allow access.
For security reasons, your network administrator may wish to allow in streaming media only from our specific IP address.
If so, they can request the IP address by contacting us at 1-877-580-9915.
You should be able to see and hear the video above. If you do not, call us at 1-877-580-9915,
